Welcome to Inner Space Studio. I teach various forms of meditation while respecting the integrity of their cultural and spiritual traditions. Above all, I am most interested in helping people release stress, enhance overall happiness, and enjoy living in a more calm, kind, awakened, abundant, and fearless state.

I am also the author of Giggle Belly, an internationally sold book about bodies and movement for children, an award-winning photographer, and a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in psychology.
